About Avon Timber

Avon Timber Merchants is an independent family-run business with over 30 years experience. We’re passionate about the use of wood in the construction and building industry and pride ourselves on our ability to provide customers with high-quality and responsibly-sourced timber at competitive prices.

Our 3-acre site carries a comprehensive range of products for both domestic and commercial projects and houses a fully-equipped sawmill and joinery shop that enables us to cut, machine and manufacture most requirements, as well as bespoke orders.

Established in 1990 by Geoff Lomasney, the business was originally located in Rugby before moving to its current site in Baginton, Coventry in 1999 where it is now managed by Geoff’s son Steve with the help of his brother Carl and a first-class team.
